Our Methodology

| First we meet with you to review your current business
procedures and work flows. Working with you and your staff, we construct a clear picture of the type of system
that you need. We work with you, listen to you, and never impose our views. |

| Once we complete the needs analysis, we estimate the time
required to build your system. We give the most realistic estimate possible
so that there are no surprises down the road. |
|
|
| When we agree on the terms of the estimate, we begin working
on the system. We present to you a working prototype of the system. We review
the prototype with you and discuss any additions or fine-tuning that may
be necessary. |
|
|
| After the prototype review we complete the system. (Naturally,
large applications may require additional reviews.) We package the system
and deliver it to you. At that time we provide training for you and your
staff. |
|
|
| We work with individuals and companies to develop custom
training materials. We can design, write, and produce documentation or training
manuals for a variety of purposes. We also use our writing skills to develop
scripts, tutorials and demos for Software Publishers. |
|
|
| Once the system is completed, we are available for consultation
should any problems arise. We stay in touch to ensure that you are using
the system and that you are getting a return on your investment.
